Can a CAT degree give me any job in Australia ?

-though i have completed degree(pass course ) and have a MBA from a local private university in Bangladesh. but i could not made good result neither of it unfortunately . so can it be a option that i take a CAT degree and migrated to Australia ? i had taken ielts of which i got 6.5 out of 9 three years back .
