How to study in USA universities?

-Hello, My name is Alexander and I wanted to ask how to study in USA universities? The problem is that i live in a small country Moldova and here is very difficult to get a Student VISA Card. So i ask and please everybody to help me how to do it, may be there are some pulls for students, or some projects in which i could activate. Help me please... !!!
