I hav completed my BE degree but Having Arrear..Can i do MBA w/o clearing arrrears?

-Pay your bills first. You cannot even get a transcript without paying your debts first. Therefore, you cannot even apply to grad school before your bills are paid in full.no there is no possibility for that.
