Is Stouffville College in Canada real or fake?

I want to do ACCA program there and applying online, currently i live in United Arab Emirates.

I wanna know if someone has any idea about Stouffville College? Is this real or fake? Because I do not want to pay money to fake people on internet. Please if someone knows about Stouffville College then let me know. Grateful if you can give me some references as well just for my satisfaction.

AliStouffville College has been issued a restraining order by the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities ( http://www.tcu.gov.on.ca/pepg/audiences/pcc/letters/StouffvilleCollege_Restraining_ComplianceOrder2010.pdf )

They are not accredited, nor are they registered in Ontario as a private career college. They have been ordered by the provincial government to cease "charging fees to students for vocational programs without being registered."
