University problems????

-Hey I just moved to Australia 2 months ago from uk and I am in Australian year 11 and I am finishing school next year in December but I am planning to go back to Britain to study at cambridge or Oxford and the websites said I have to apply this year if I want to go next year and all my friends in Britain are applying now because they finish in July and the university year starts in October and I finish 2 months after university has started . What should I do ??????
